The owners, Shanali and Priyan, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like part of their family, always available to provide advice or just have a nice chat. The value for money was outstanding, and the location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the main street. We loved the cozy atmosphere of this local family house, and it truly felt like our home during our stay. Plus, the free Wi-Fi made it easy for the kids to stay connected and entertained. Highly recommended for families on a budget!

For families with children, it would be great if Villa Vidura had some additional outdoor play areas or activities for the kids.

Thanks for pleasant stay, having setting on beach. The location is perfect and remote. Plus it's near to the fort and other sites, the fort/ bus/railway station by bus or tuktuk and very good restaurant. Would recommend this place, we felt like home here.

They even had a map of the neighborhood ready for me. The room on the first floor was spacious and the shared bathroom was kept very clean. The balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The location was convenient, with a small town center just a short walk away. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was not far from the city center, making it easy to access attractions and amenities. Guests were also pleased with the proximity to a good restaurant in the city center.

The kitchen was not available as advertised, which could be disappointing who were expecting to have access to cooking facilities.

The best part of my stay at Villa Vidura was the warm welcome I received from the hosts. They were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. I felt like a part of their family. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast that was included. Plus, the host offered to drive me around in his car, which saved me money and was much more convenient than a tuk-tuk. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Villa Vidura for your stay in Galle.
